The corrective-controller frame · top-of-stack IP
Build Your Environment — Complete Remediation Stack
Four field-ready actuators — AquaPhi, AtmoPhi, OzonePhi, HomePhi — and the corrective-controller frame that sits above them. One license covers the whole stack: the products, the ledger they answer to, the science they trace back to, and the software that keeps the answer current.
The four actuators — three industrial, one residential-integrated
Three of the four actuators are institutional-scale: a water utility buys AquaPhi, a city buys AtmoPhi, an agency licenses OzonePhi. The fourth — HomePhi — is the residential-scale integration of the other three, containing a mini-AquaPhi (grey-water + rainwater), a mini-AtmoPhi (indoor air + CO2 + PM2.5 + VOC), and a mini-OzonePhi (in-envelope O3 disinfection) plus the household overlay (solar, battery, smart-breaker, HVAC, composting, telemetry). HomePhi is where the industrial chemistry becomes deployable inside a building.

Above the four actuators sits the frame that makes them
addressable as one product. It lives in a nine-table
database (studies, accruments,
elements, probabilities, planet,
hypotheses, reactions, cascades,
valuations) plus three companion essays. Every claim on
every actuator product page joins back through this database to a
peer-reviewed source or an inventor filing. Nothing floats.
What the ledger indexes
| Table | Rows | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| studies.csv | 37 | Anchor citations — project studies, IP filings, peer-reviewed sources, case studies. |
| accruments.csv | 19 | Measured or target outcomes, linked back to the study that anchors them. |
| elements.csv | 42 | Global reservoir inventories for O, C, H, N, P, S, Si, Fe with mass (Pg), residence time (yr), and citation. |
| planet.csv | 12 | Earth's layers with mass, radius, and area — the "allotted chemical sphere" (a 20 km habitable shell on a 6,371 km ball). |
| hypotheses.csv | 29 | Proposed interventions: element × source reservoir × target reservoir × mechanism × probability × novelty × actuator. |
| reactions.csv | 56 | Chemical actions from lab bench to stratosphere, tagged by scale and linked to hypotheses. |
| cascades.csv | 16 | Chained pipelines where one actuator's output "fertilizes" the next (AtmoPhi → OzonePhi → AquaPhi and the full four-actuator loop). |
| probabilities.csv | 40 | Top-10 compounds per category from the Alchemy Probability Database ($5B USPTO-filed), joinable into hypotheses. |
| valuations.csv | 14 | Row per product × damage class, with value-of-information band and cheapest next-proof cost. |
Sample cross-joins the controller runs
1. Element ledger — what each actuator moves
| Actuator | Elements moved | Direction on the ledger |
|---|---|---|
| AquaPhi | O, H, N, P, Fe | Restores dissolved O2, removes fixed N and P from freshwater, cycles Fe. |
| AtmoPhi | O, N, C, S | Removes atmospheric NOx (converts to N2 + H2O), SOx, reactive C VOCs; restores ground-level O2 balance. |
| OzonePhi | O, C, H | Regenerates stratospheric O3; catalytically fixes atmospheric CO2 to lithosphere carbonate. |
| HomePhi | H, C, O, N | Cycles household water, cuts CO2 emissions ~70–90%, maintains indoor O2/CO2 balance, returns N to soil. |
2. Chemical actions from lab bench to stratosphere
Reactions in the ledger are scale-tagged. Representative rows:
- Lab / bench: Fe2+ + 2 Fe3+ + 8 OH- → Fe3O4 + 4 H2O (magnetite co-precipitation); 2 H2O + energy → 2 H2 + O2 (electrolysis)
- Soil: NH4+ + 1.5 O2 → NO2- + H2O + 2 H+ (nitrification); 2 NO3- + 10 e- + 12 H+ → N2 + 6 H2O (denitrification)
- Neighborhood: NO + O2 + hν → NO3- on TiO2 (photocatalytic NOx destruction on street canopy)
- Industrial: CaCO3 + SO2 + ½ O2 + 2 H2O → CaSO4·2 H2O + CO2 (FGD; gypsum by-product); plastic + heat → C-liquid + C-gas + C-char (Chris IP: energy + sooty-C recovery)
- Ocean: CO2 + H2O ↔ H2CO3 ↔ HCO3- + H+ ↔ CO32- + 2 H+ (the carbonate buffer that has absorbed ~25% of anthropogenic CO2)
- Stratosphere — the Chapman cycle we're inserting into: O2 + hν → 2 O; O + O2 + M → O3 + M; O3 + hν → O2 + O; O + O3 → 2 O2
- Stratosphere — our 2017 IP intervention (deposition 131, patent #3431): 2 KOH + 5 O3 → 2 KO3 + 5 O2 + H2O
- Planetary: orographic precipitation on the windward face of an engineered debris mountain — the 2017 seed IP (deposition 1111, patent #2451): deserts convert to jungles by geometry against the atmosphere's water.
3. Cascades — when one actuator "fertilizes" the next
Sixteen documented cascades. Highlights:
- c-atmo-ozone-aqua — AtmoPhi captures NOx and SO2 → OzonePhi generates O3 → AquaPhi injects O3 to oxidize river contaminants. One kg NOx removed at street ~= 50–200 kg river water disinfected downstream.
- c-fert-atmo-nox-crop — AtmoPhi's captured NO3- rinsate becomes fertilizer N (30 kg N per tonne NOx recovered), substituting for Haber-Bosch (~1% of world energy).
- c-fert-aqua-po4-crop — AquaPhi's alum-PO4 sludge becomes soil P amendment (90% recovery). Closes the anthropogenic P loop against phosphate-rock depletion.
- c-fert-precip-mountain-jungle — the 2017 seed cascade: 1 ha of debris pile installs a precipitation valve that converts ~10,000 ha of biome (theoretical, multi-decade validation cycle).
- c-fert-full-loop — the full four-actuator closed-loop urban ecology, cycling O, H, C, and N simultaneously through AtmoPhi → OzonePhi → AquaPhi → HomePhi and back to atmosphere via transpiration on a ~1-year loop time.
Companion documents
Three companion essays ship with the license. They are the material you hand to a contract officer or an acquirer's due-diligence team.

environmental-landscaping-lawn-to-ocean.md |
The synthesis: environmental landscaping as one continuous activity from the lawn under your feet to the ocean floor, tied to the O/C/H global budget and the deliberate creation of new land where the coasts we have will not hold. |
valuation-and-proof-burden.md |
The dollar frame: what agencies actually buy, the value-of-information band per damage class, and why the cheapest bench validation is the highest-ROI single spend in the chain. |
what-we-deliver.md |
The four-pillar frame: words, blueprints, equations, and the coding ability that wires them together — skipping the money and naming what the money actually buys. |
What the license covers
- The four actuator blueprint packages (AquaPhi, AtmoPhi, OzonePhi, HomePhi) — full engineering specifications, bills of materials, sensor tables, PLC control logic, and installation guidance.
- The corrective-controller database — all nine CSV tables plus the browser viewer, updated on our release cadence and delivered with schema documentation.
- The three companion essays as the narrative and economic layer.
- Worldwide commercialization rights to make, use, and sell products built from the disclosed technologies. Patents and underlying IP remain the sole and exclusive property of Christopher Gabriel Brown; not conveyed here.
- Access path to the Alchemy Probability Database (07-alchemy-probability-data, priced separately at $5B) for downstream compound discovery keyed to the elements and reservoirs indexed in this frame.
Why this is not four products in a bundle
Four products in a bundle is what most catalog listings look like when they're stitched together at checkout. This is different. What binds these four actuators is the corrective-controller frame that:
- Ranks interventions on the fly by
(novelty × delta × confidence) / (proof-cost ×
regulatory-friction) — the same rank changes as new
peer-reviewed data lands in
studies.csv. - Traces every operational claim on any product page back to its supporting study — no floating claims.
- Cross-joins hypotheses, reactions, elements, and valuations so a buyer running an internal simulator against the ledger sees the same answer we do.
- Is versioned in the same source-control tree as the store, the homepage, and the AutoPhi silicon — so a change in a Chapman-cycle citation upstream propagates to the OzonePhi product page and the ozone row of the elements table in one release.
That frame is the environmental analog of what the Alchemy Probability Database is for compound discovery: the top-of-stack IP that makes every downstream actuator citable, defensible, and integrable at the speed of the buyer's own decision cycle.
The offer
We deliver the words, the blueprints, the equations, and the software that make the fix defensible — and we deliver it in the same shape (CSV + viewer + store + telemetry) that your own analysts already work in. What you buy is the removal of your own reverse-engineering burden.
