Step 1 is Proof of Function, the cheapest way to inspect what a project actually contains. Step 2 is Technical Validation, the pre-built evidence package your engineers review. Step 3 is an Evaluation License under NDA, and what you pay for it credits forward. Step 4 is full acquisition of the deliverables.

What you buy. The blueprint package and a use-and-copy licence to the deliverables in it. The patents and the underlying intellectual property stay with Christopher Gabriel Brown — no listing here transfers ownership of a filing.
