How to buy — in plain words
Step 1 — Proof of Function ($1.99–$50K)
— the cheapest way to inspect what a project actually contains. A single verification document per SKU; ten documents per product line, hundred across the catalog. Zero risk of buying something you don't understand yet.
Step 2 — Technical Validation ($450K–$1.5M)
— a Product Deposition (PDEPO): bench reports, simulation outputs, and independent verification artifacts. What an acquirer's engineering team needs to sign off before recommending a purchase.
Step 3 — Evaluation License ($1M–$10M)
— time-limited full access. 90 days to work with the complete deliverable package before deciding on Step 4. The fee credits forward toward the acquisition.
Step 4 — Full Acquisition
— the complete transfer: source, blueprints, foundry handoff (where applicable), patent documentation, build & test docs. Delivered as an AES-256 encrypted zip, email only, US buyers only.
Credit forward
— every prior step's fee is credited toward the next one. You never pay twice for the same work.
