This is the top of the acquisition path. You receive every deliverable in the project and the right to use and copy it without further permission or per-unit reporting. The patents themselves are not part of the transfer and remain with the inventor.

What you buy. The blueprint package and a use-and-copy licence to the deliverables in it. The patents and the underlying intellectual property stay with Christopher Gabriel Brown — no listing here transfers ownership of a filing.
