- JEDEC DDR5 UDIMM, 288-pin edge, tall-DIMM 34.0 mm height.
- CXL 3.0 memory-semantic (Type-2). Same host compatibility as WPQ-DIMM-1.
- Weight ≤ 75 g. Power ≤ 15 W. Passive cooling.
What is different from WPQ-DIMM-1
- Four Q-Blanks stacked horizontally on the mounting frame instead of one.
- Enlarged V-groove fibre array to couple all four disc edges.
- Photonic transceiver operates in wavelength-division multiplexed mode across the four discs.
- Tile count: approximately 160 tiles per DIMM (4× WPQ-DIMM-1).
- Ships pre-written with a 4-disc-parallel reference design that demonstrates cross-disc tile scheduling.
