AutoPhi CS50 — Full Use & Copy License
Production rights to embody the AutoPhi CS50 architecture in silicon. One-time fee, no per-unit royalty, no escalator. The inventor designation and the patent priority remain with CRI-ONE; the licensee gets the right to build, sell, and ship.
What you receive
- Everything in Tier 1 and Tier 2.
- Perpetual worldwide right to manufacture, have-manufactured, sell, lease, and import integrated circuits embodying the AutoPhi CS50 architecture as claimed in USPTO 19/710,460.
- Sublicensing rights to foundry partners and contract manufacturers strictly for the purpose of producing licensee’s product.
- Inventor designation on resulting silicon — Christopher Gabriel Brown named as inventor in licensee’s patent filings, product documentation, and silicon ID strings.
- Integration support — 80 hours of inventor consultation time over the first 18 months for tape-out planning, foundry handoff review, and verification sign-off questions.
- Trademark co-marketing — right to display the “AutoPhi CS50 Inside” mark on packaging and marketing materials.
What it’s NOT
- NOT a Full Acquisition of the patent. The patent — application 19/710,460 and any continuations, divisionals, or PCT national-phase entries — remains owned by CRI-ONE.
- NOT a transfer of the inventor designation.
- NOT exclusive. AutoPhi CS50 may be licensed to other organisations at CRI-ONE’s sole discretion. (Exclusive variants available; ask.)
- NOT inclusive of the right to relicense the RTL to third parties as a standalone IP block.
Tier 3 commitments from CRI-ONE
- Defend the priority date and claims in any inter partes proceeding or third-party challenge for the life of the patent.
- Prosecute the application through to issuance (Notice of Allowance, then grant) at CRI-ONE’s expense.
- File PCT national-phase entries in licensee-requested jurisdictions (licensee pays national-phase fees) within the 30-month PCT window.
- Maintain the patent through statutory renewals for the full 20-year term.

Use & Permission stance
NO IP IS SOLD. IP RETAINED BY CRI-ONE. Tier 3 is the maximum bundle that CRI-ONE makes available under its standard licensing framework. It conveys the maximum practical commercial right — produce silicon at scale — while preserving inventor designation, patent ownership, and the right to grant equivalent licenses to other parties. This is by design.
Compliance: patent-pending, not patented. “First to market” refers to the documented public offering anchored by USPTO application 19/710,460, not a determination of patent priority by the USPTO or any court. AutoPhi CS50 is a design package, not shipping silicon.
