Where My Three Disease Discoveries Sit on the FDA Road
An honest map. It takes the three licensed packages — the Diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s discovery packages — and places each one on the real FDA approval road. All three stand at the very start (Stage 0, Discovery). This is NOT medical advice and NOT a cure claim.

- The True-to-Life Method of Filing an FDA-Approved Medicine — the master guide; read it first.
- This page — the overview of all three discoveries at once.
- Then the deep dives: Diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s on the Real FDA Road — each ending with the one lawful way to make it as a dietary supplement.
All in the Licensed Research category: cri-one.com/store/licensed-research.html.

04 “Patent-pending” is not “FDA-approved”
Two of these are patent-pending and the third is ready to file — but that is a different track from FDA approval. A patent (USPTO) protects an idea; it says nothing about whether the thing is safe, effective, or legal to sell as a medicine. FDA approval is the safety-and-efficacy road in the master guide. You can be fully patent-pending and still be at Stage 0.
05 If the drug road is never funded
The most likely “what-if” for an independent discovery is simply that the 10–15 year, hundreds-of-millions drug road is never funded. Three honest options remain: license/sell the IP, keep it open as licensed research, or make it as a dietary supplement — the one route that needs no FDA approval (but which, by law, can never claim to cure a disease). Each per-disease companion spells out that supplement path in detail.
