Project 45 — AutoPhi V19 PCIe5 Complete Design Library
Plain-language disclosure — read before buying
What this is (the concrete IP): the actual integration interface for the AutoPhi IC — a CSV pinout (every BGA-256 ball mapped to its signal) and the socket block (the validated BGA-256 footprint + schematic symbol you drop the IC into) — wrapped in 34 carrier schematics and 20 routed PCB boards. These are real, deliverable files, not placeholders.
Dependent on the IC: this is the interface and carrier for AutoPhi's custom BGA-256 quantum-processing main IC — an unpopulated host without it. The active silicon — the IC itself — is a separate AutoPhi deliverable and is required for any of these designs to function. You are licensing the pinout, socket, and carrier designs — not the chip.
Still to be made (not in this release): 14 of the 34 V19 connector boards are not yet routed; the IC silicon lines (V18 Seed Voxel Processor, V20 Epiphany) are in development and have no deliverable files yet. It is what it is — this package ships only what exists today.
The complete, shippable today AutoPhi V19 PCIe 5.0 carrier-design library in a single Use & Copy license, delivered as one package (55 design zips) via AES-256 vault under NDA:
- 34 connector schematics (APV19-SCH-01–34) — QSFP28, OSFP 800G, USB4, HDMI, Thunderbolt 4, MIL-38999, and more. Full KiCad 10 schematics with netlists.
- 20 routed PCB boards (APV19-BOARD-IO) — fabrication-ready layouts with Gerbers and drill files.
- AUTOPHI_BGA256 package library — the footprint/symbol/3D foundation the boards depend on (the IC's package definition, not the IC).
Project 45 price: $963,500 — the honest component sum of the V19 line (34 schematics + reference board + BGA256). IP remains the exclusive property of Christopher Gabriel Brown; this license conveys Use & Copy rights only.
