Data-War Module A
Pre-Emptive Agreement + Kill-Switch Script (Listing 1242)
Module A is the legal and software trigger layer of the Data-War family. It combines a binding multi-party pre-emptive agreement with an autonomous, self-protecting “data code” dead-man script. On a pre-consented trigger, the entity revokes access, enters a “no service” state, crypto-shreds its keys, evacuates, and notifies every party named in the agreement.
What makes this different
- Lawful kill: “No service” is pre-consented by all stakeholders, not unilateral sabotage.
- Self-protecting script: attacking or removing the kill-switch is itself a trigger.
- Dead-man timer: operator silence past the agreed window fires the agreed response.
- Graduated response: REVOKE → SEAL → SHRED keys → EVACUATE → NOTIFY.
- Multi-party restoration: recovery requires an escrow quorum, not environment control.
Defends against
- Admin-level breach, hostile acquisition, server seizure, rogue operator, operator silence, physical capture.
