Subject. The catalog item(s) and associated materials as described. Base, No IP: no transfer of intellectual property unless separately agreed in writing.
Payment. Per the payment structure you selected or as agreed in writing. Final amount, schedule, and method will be in a formal agreement. Accepted: Wire, ACH, check, credit card (fee may apply), cryptocurrency (by arrangement).
Check payment and product release. Payment by check is accepted. Product will be sent to the address to send product to that you provide above. Exactly one (1) finished product copy will be sent only. Product is sent before payment is complete. The product is included on the first check. No resale available.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. Materials contain trade secrets and proprietary/patent-pending information.
Governing law. State of Georgia, USA. Jurisdiction: Gwinnett County, Georgia.
Disclosure. The existence and terms of this agreement are confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. Disclosure may be permitted (a) where required by law or regulation, (b) to professional advisors bound by confidentiality, or (c) to investors, partners, or others if we agree in writing. If you need to disclose this purchase to others, check the box below and we will address it in the formal agreement.
Acceptance. If Licensor accepts this bid, these terms become a binding agreement. A formal signed document may follow with the same material terms. By checking "I agree" and signing below, you agree to be bound if this bid is accepted.
