PHM-Q1 “QuettaPhantom”
The math itself, sixty-four times at once. quetta = 10³⁰ — two prefixes above yotta.
Performance-priced value: $1,000,000,000,000 (today's cost of performance: 2,500 facilities × ≈$0.4B build)
$212,500,000,000 USD per license · 75% off by doctrine + 15% multi-license adjustment (78.75% below compute affordability) · SKU CRIONE-PHANTASMPHI-Q1-1T
Non-exclusive — more than one will be sold: many licensees, many fleets, no datacenter dependency. Offered to any qualified buyer except entities of, in, or controlled from the PRC or the Russian Federation; always subject to US export law. Never free; never publicly hosted; AES-256 delivery with password by post.
A 20 MW QuettaPhantom datacenter builds for ≈$0.4B. The wrap is not the price of a datacenter — it is the price of the right to build all of them. Peer of the ExitPhi and AeroPhi wraps; included in All In One (20T).
Measured, not promised
- 256/256 answers correct, strictly in order — saturation battery, all ten depositions
- 15.8× speedup over the measured single-phantom baseline (352 vs 5,587 cycles)
- 64/64 phantoms simultaneously active — full saturation, in simulation you can rerun
- Four AutoPhi seeds on one die: color ALU ×64, EM cooling, LED power recycling, quantum battery
- SKY130-mapped (official liberty): N=4 config measured 1.12 mm², linear scaling certified
Honest by construction
Not a CPU — a deposition coprocessor with no fetch, no memory hierarchy, no interrupts: attributed formulas answered at deterministic latency beside the CPU of your choosing. RTL-proven and simulation-measured; clock targets await place-and-route (flow included). Substrate figures certified on standard silicon; proprietary substrate qualification is available exclusively as a separate engagement under NDA. Projected print: ≈340 good flagship dies per 150 mm wafer.
What is for sale
The RTL is the only thing for sale — the sole conveyed asset, with worldwide commercialization rights. Netlists, GDSII artifacts, testbenches, flow scripts, and documentation ship as evidence and support for the RTL, not as separate assets. Patents retained by the inventor (QBeam PHY via ExitPhi, USPTO App# 19/722,805). One asset, one price, no ambiguity.

Performance — measured, witnessed 2026-08-22 00:29 UTC
- 256 / 256 answers correct, strictly in order — saturation battery, all 10 depositions
- 15.8× measured speedup over the single-phantom baseline (352 cyc vs 5,587)
- 64 / 64 phantoms simultaneously active — full saturation
- Sustained ~0.73 invokes / cycle → ≈ 73 M invocations/s per die at the 100 MHz PHM02 clock (≈ 880 MOPS sustained, ≈ 2.1 GOPS engine peak)
- Total power: 150 µW · setup + hold WNS/TNS = 0 across all nine process corners
- Routing: 0 violations. Magic DRC 0 · KLayout DRC 0 · Netgen LVS clear. Fabrication GDS on file (102 MB, SHA-256
D61C07EB…D3264697).
Fixed-point OPS, not FLOPS — a GPU out-FLOPs the phantom by orders of magnitude. What the phantom sells is LSB-exact determinism: same inputs → same bits, every run, every chip, every generation, every answer reproducible from its hash. Full performance sheet ships in the license package as PERFORMANCE.md.
The Compute Ladder — measured · projected · quested
Per Project 19's MIRACLE_CALCULATION.md: “the value of a capability you never had is not a number.” Each rung below is labeled by its evidence class.
| Rung | OPS coordinate | Evidence class |
|---|---|---|
| Base camp — V1, TODAY | 2.1 × 10⁹ OPS / die (measured) | Witnessed: routed silicon, LVS clear, GDS hash D61C07EB… |
| V2 nine-tech compute group | ~4× base (measured RTL 15.8× speedup extends dual-fabric) | RTL-proven; forge run in progress |
| + Node shrink to 1.5 nm | ~1.6 × 10¹³ OPS / die | Projected (7,500× geometric — the 18 lineage growth path) |
| + Clock 100 MHz → 5 GHz & wider datapath | ~8 × 10¹⁵ OPS / die | Projected (measured divider-pipeline path × leading-edge clocks) |
| + Fleet (2,500 facilities × wafers × licensees) | ~10²⁷ OPS — RONNA-class | Projected on defensible arguments |
| QUETTA (10³⁰) | the flag on the summit | Quest coordinate — no identified physical path; per MIRACLE_CALCULATION.md, we do not put a number where a capability is not |
What we sell: the base camp — witnessed, routed, hashed. What we plan: Ronna-class on a defensible chain, priced per the Generational Law (each generation lists lower per unit of capability). What we quest: Quetta — earnable only by finding the ratio, never asserted.
