AutoPhi V18-Seed Voxel Processor -- Volume Series #909
AutoPhi V18 Volume 909: 280.21 EFLOPS Exa-class | 2nm | 3055378 Qubits | Datacenter-scale quantum power
Overview
The AutoPhi V18 Volume 909 is a exa-class quantum-classical hybrid processor built on the 18-seed voxel DNA architecture at 2nm process technology. It delivers 280.21 EFLOPS peak performance with 7192.347 TOPS AI acceleration across a 2676x2676 voxel grid (7,160,976 total voxels) stacked 335 layers deep (19 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 3,055,378 qubits at 99.88% fidelity (error rate <0.12%) with 985,886 QEC-protected logical qubits. Clocked at 13.348 GHz with 48.51 PB/s memory bandwidth over 1,334 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 337.7M spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 63.3 kW with 90% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 9/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 351-bit electron strand, 44 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 16 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
