Overview

The AutoPhi V18 Unified 741 is a peta-class quantum-classical hybrid processor built on the 18-seed voxel DNA architecture at 5nm process technology. It delivers 388.47 PFLOPS peak performance with 387.435 TOPS AI acceleration across a 1155x1155 voxel grid (1,334,025 total voxels) stacked 154 layers deep (9 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 320,578 qubits at 99.656% fidelity (error rate <0.344%) with 87,268 QEC-protected logical qubits. Clocked at 9.444 GHz with 1.20 PB/s memory bandwidth over 299 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 5.3M spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 4.5 kW with 83% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 8/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 174-bit electron strand, 22 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 14 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
