Quantum subsystem: 22,324 qubits at 98.237% fidelity (error rate <1.763%) with 4,810 QEC-protected logical qubits. Clocked at 4.547 GHz with 18.65 TB/s memory bandwidth over 56 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 49.8K spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 232.3 W with 72% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 7/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 79-bit electron strand, 10 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 10 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
