Quantum subsystem: 18,471 qubits at 97.925% fidelity (error rate <2.075%) with 3,907 QEC-protected logical qubits. Clocked at 4.156 GHz with 14.01 TB/s memory bandwidth over 49 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 36.1K spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 188.3 W with 72% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 7/9 AutoPhi core technologies.
