The AutoPhi V18 Peak 665 is a peta-class quantum-classical hybrid processor built on the 18-seed voxel DNA architecture at 7nm process technology. It delivers 19.79 PFLOPS peak performance with 103.342 TOPS AI acceleration across a 768x768 voxel grid (589,824 total voxels) stacked 107 layers deep (6 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 111,868 qubits at 99.464% fidelity (error rate <0.536%) with 27,899 QEC-protected logical qubits. Clocked at 7.904 GHz with 224.77 TB/s memory bandwidth over 152 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 812.5K spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 1.4 kW with 78% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 8/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 127-bit electron strand, 16 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 12 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
