The AutoPhi V18 Peak 645 is a peta-class quantum-classical hybrid processor built on the 18-seed voxel DNA architecture at 7nm process technology. It delivers 9.04 PFLOPS peak performance with 72.987 TOPS AI acceleration across a 688x688 voxel grid (473,344 total voxels) stacked 97 layers deep (6 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 84,466 qubits at 99.104% fidelity (error rate <0.896%) with 20,558 QEC-protected logical qubits. Clocked at 6.943 GHz with 144.68 TB/s memory bandwidth over 127 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 495.6K spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 992.7 W with 78% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 7/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 117-bit electron strand, 15 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 12 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
