Quantum subsystem: 28,977 qubits at 98.67% fidelity (error rate <1.33%) with 6,400 QEC-protected logical qubits. Clocked at 5.087 GHz with 27.73 TB/s memory bandwidth over 65 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 77.7K spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 310.6 W with 72% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 7/9 AutoPhi core technologies.
