It delivers 28.17 MFLOPS peak performance with 0.012 TOPS AI acceleration across a 18x18 voxel grid (324 total voxels) stacked 5 layers deep (1 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 31 qubits at 95.459% fidelity (error rate <4.541%). Clocked at 0.346 GHz with 2.4 GB/s memory bandwidth over 1 nanophotonic channels. Power envelope: 472.2 mW with 15% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 3/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 15-bit electron strand, 2 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 3 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
