It delivers 13.92 MFLOPS peak performance with 0.009 TOPS AI acceleration across a 14x14 voxel grid (196 total voxels) stacked 4 layers deep (1 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 22 qubits at 95.027% fidelity (error rate <4.973%). Clocked at 0.303 GHz with 1.6 GB/s memory bandwidth over 1 nanophotonic channels. Power envelope: 353.2 mW with 15% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 3/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 14-bit electron strand, 2 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 3 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
