Quantum subsystem: 21 qubits at 95.003% fidelity (error rate <4.997%). Clocked at 0.3 GHz with 1.6 GB/s memory bandwidth over 1 nanophotonic channels. Power envelope: 347.5 mW with 15% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 3/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 13-bit electron strand, 2 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 3 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
