The AutoPhi V18 Mid 389 is a giga-class quantum-classical hybrid processor built on the 18-seed voxel DNA architecture at 28nm process technology. It delivers 398.94 GFLOPS peak performance with 0.851 TOPS AI acceleration across a 140x140 voxel grid (19,600 total voxels) stacked 25 layers deep (2 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 1,927 qubits at 97.321% fidelity (error rate <2.679%). Clocked at 1.991 GHz with 514.7 GB/s memory bandwidth over 13 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 886 spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 19.0 W with 55% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 5/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 40-bit electron strand, 5 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 8 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
