AutoPhi V18-Seed Voxel Processor -- Mid Series #636363
AutoPhi V18 Mid 377: 249.32 GFLOPS Giga-class | 28nm | 1597 Qubits | Balanced power for demanding workloads
Overview
The AutoPhi V18 Mid 377 is a giga-class quantum-classical hybrid processor built on the 18-seed voxel DNA architecture at 28nm process technology. It delivers 249.32 GFLOPS peak performance with 0.691 TOPS AI acceleration across a 129x129 voxel grid (16,641 total voxels) stacked 23 layers deep (2 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 1,597 qubits at 97.033% fidelity (error rate <2.967%). Clocked at 1.775 GHz with 395.2 GB/s memory bandwidth over 12 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 659 spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 15.6 W with 55% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 5/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 38-bit electron strand, 5 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 7 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
