AutoPhi V18-Seed Voxel Processor -- Mid Series #2f2f2f
AutoPhi V18 Mid 326: 33.82 GFLOPS Giga-class | 45nm | 709 Qubits | Balanced power for demanding workloads
Overview
The AutoPhi V18 Mid 326 is a giga-class quantum-classical hybrid processor built on the 18-seed voxel DNA architecture at 45nm process technology. It delivers 33.82 GFLOPS peak performance with 0.285 TOPS AI acceleration across a 89x89 voxel grid (7,921 total voxels) stacked 17 layers deep (1 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 709 qubits at 97.308% fidelity (error rate <2.692%). Clocked at 1.133 GHz with 128.5 GB/s memory bandwidth over 7 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 187 spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 7.5 W with 42% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 5/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 31-bit electron strand, 4 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 7 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
