The AutoPhi V18 Mid 311 is a giga-class quantum-classical hybrid processor built on the 18-seed voxel DNA architecture at 45nm process technology. It delivers 18.79 GFLOPS peak performance with 0.219 TOPS AI acceleration across a 79x79 voxel grid (6,241 total voxels) stacked 15 layers deep (1 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 556 qubits at 96.947% fidelity (error rate <3.053%). Clocked at 1.007 GHz with 92.3 GB/s memory bandwidth over 6 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 129 spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 5.9 W with 42% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 5/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 29-bit electron strand, 4 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 6 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
