The AutoPhi V18 Mid 306 is a giga-class quantum-classical hybrid processor built on the 18-seed voxel DNA architecture at 45nm process technology. It delivers 15.45 GFLOPS peak performance with 0.201 TOPS AI acceleration across a 76x76 voxel grid (5,776 total voxels) stacked 15 layers deep (1 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 512 qubits at 96.827% fidelity (error rate <3.173%). Clocked at 0.965 GHz with 82.7 GB/s memory bandwidth over 6 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 114 spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 5.4 W with 42% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 5/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 28-bit electron strand, 4 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 6 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
