It delivers 7.44 MFLOPS peak performance with 0.007 TOPS AI acceleration across a 12x12 voxel grid (144 total voxels) stacked 4 layers deep (1 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 16 qubits at 94.643% fidelity (error rate <5.357%). Clocked at 0.264 GHz with 1.1 GB/s memory bandwidth over 1 nanophotonic channels. Power envelope: 272.8 mW with 15% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 2/9 AutoPhi core technologies. Three-chromosome DNA encoding: 13-bit electron strand, 2 quantum instructions (atomic strand), 3 photon opcodes (light strand). Light-trigger initiated.
