The AutoPhi V18 AQCHS 970 is a zetta-class quantum-classical hybrid processor built on the 18-seed voxel DNA architecture at 1.5nm process technology. It delivers 3.0567 ZFLOPS peak performance with 20773.968 TOPS AI acceleration across a 3567x3567 voxel grid (12,723,489 total voxels) stacked 439 layers deep (25 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 6,781,420 qubits at 99.998% fidelity (error rate <0.002%) with 2,312,403 QEC-protected logical qubits. Clocked at 16.0 GHz with 185.92 PB/s memory bandwidth over 2,297 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 1.52B spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 52.5 W with 92% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 9/9 AutoPhi core technologies.
