Opposing IC pairs for bidirectional servo motion with braking. Each pair pushes in opposite directions; net force is the difference. Equal force = hold position.

Peltier Electromagnetic Cooling
On-die Bi2Te3 thermoelectric junctions pump heat from computation to plate ballast. 97% efficiency. Adaptive per-zone cooling controlled by photon chromosome (COOL opcode, far-IR 1550nm band). No external cooling system needed.
