Think of two accelerator boards in a rack as neighbors passing notes through a slot in the wall. The QBeam Transfer Card is that slot. It is a PCIe 5.0 x16 half-height, half-length host bus adapter with four QBeam ports; it presents the patented QBeam send-and-receive layer to the host as a plain byte-oriented classical fabric: the host reads and writes bytes; no qubits ride the wire, nothing is teleported. Design targets: four hundred gigabytes a second bidirectional, four hundred nanoseconds doorbell to DMA, link-layer encryption, passive heatsink. Twelve silicon configurations run from seven nanometers to two.
Beside it sits the PhantasmPhi Series: ghost-math chips fusing three lineages, the Color Mathematics ALU as the only datapath, the QBeam frame port as the only I/O, and the Project 82 alchemy math series in ROM. A function lies dormant until an invoke frame arrives; the answer materializes and beams back. Six editions, six generational fades, and a sixty-four-engine QuettaPhantom flagship.
It is for datacenter operators and engineering buyers headed to a foundry. The card is foundry-ready: full RTL, synthesis constraints, floorplan, testbench, foundry handoff, board reference spec, bill of materials and stackup, firmware and SDK. PhantasmPhi arrives as a SKY130-hardened netlist, proof battery twelve of twelve, LVS clear, zero DRC, timing closed at all nine corners, a hundred and fifty microwatts. Prior-art search queries for the buyer's counsel are included. The ExitPhi utility application defining QBeam, CoolBeam and PipeBeam is on file at the USPTO with thirty claims; that IP stays with the inventor.

Overview
Product 83-autophi-qbeam2 is a unified engineering package delivering two tightly coupled product families on the AutoPhi Modern 01 platform:
- Quantum PHY QBeam Transfer Card (Project 76) — a PCIe 5.0 x16 half-height half-length (HHHL) host bus adapter that presents the patented QBeam physical layer as a plain byte-oriented classical fabric between AutoPhi accelerator boards. No qubits on the wire. No teleportation. 400 GB/s bidirectional aggregate, 400 ns cut-through latency (design targets). 12 silicon configurations (APM01-D-QPHY through APM12-D-QPHY) spanning 7 nm to 2 nm across four foundry nodes.
- PhantasmPhi Series (Project 83) — a family of ghost-math ICs that fuse three lineages: the AutoPhi seed Color Mathematics ALU (sole datapath), the Project 76 QBeam classical frame port (sole I/O), and the Project 82 alchemy calculator math series resident in ROM. Functions lie dormant until a QBeam invoke frame arrives; the answer materializes and beams back. Six editions (PHM01-MED, PHM01-NRG, PHM01-C, PHM01-OMNI, PHM01-FORT, PHM01-INV), six generational fades (PHM01 through PHM06), and a flagship 64-engine QuettaPhantom (PHM-Q1).
Both families share the AutoPhi Modern 01 RTL shared module library (10 Verilog modules under rtl/common/ ), the OSS CAD Suite EDA toolchain, the OpenLane2 physical-design flow, and the GDSII Generator standalone tool.
