The AutoPhi V18 Peak 567 is a tera-class quantum-classical hybrid processor built on the 18-seed voxel DNA architecture at 10nm process technology. It delivers 425.75 TFLOPS peak performance with 18.803 TOPS AI acceleration across a 439x439 voxel grid (192,721 total voxels) stacked 65 layers deep (4 stack units of 18). Quantum subsystem: 27,748 qubits at 98.598% fidelity (error rate <1.402%) with 6,103 QEC-protected logical qubits. Clocked at 4.997 GHz with 25.96 TB/s memory bandwidth over 63 nanophotonic channels. Neuromorphic engine: 72.1K spiking neurons for event-driven AI processing. Power envelope: 2.8 W with 72% reduction vs 130nm baseline. Integrates 7/9 AutoPhi core technologies.
