Emits qb_config.json (schema matches battery_configs_100.json) + a parametrized LED-recycling front-end Verilog for downstream synth.

Defaults are the validated QB-001-1mAh-1mW row from battery_configs_100.json (1 mm² unit, 0.1 mAh @ 3.7 V, 1 mW draw, 535 nm charging LED, IoT application).

Downloadable files driven by the inputs above. qb_config.json follows the battery_configs_100.json schema; led_power_recycling_circuit.v is a Verilog top-module cloned from the reference foundry handoff with boost duty derived from your voltage config.
