The 2017 abstract specifies electric propulsion for aircraft: a magnetic turbine that generates thrust electromagnetically, with software switching banks of EM motors in a compressed, modular sequence — a software-defined jet. This is the founding claim of Project 03’s Electric Jet, and it shares the electromagnetic-IC lineage with Project 31.

The idea graduated from a one-line deposition into a patent-pending product without changing its founding claim: software-sequenced electromagnetic motors as jet propulsion.
