A Clear Path from Curiosity to Acquisition

Behind every great leap in technology, there’s a moment where someone sees the future before anyone else does. At CRI-ONE, we’ve spent years building that future — from energy storage breakthroughs that could reshape entire industries, to automotive platforms that reimagine what a vehicle can be, to discoveries in human health that challenge what we thought was possible.

But we also understand that seeing the future and investing in it are two very different things. That’s why we built a staging process that lets you explore our inventions step by step — so you can make informed decisions at every stage without rushing into a commitment you’re not ready for.

Our staging process is designed around one simple idea: you should be able to learn about a technology before you invest in it. Each step gives you more information, more detail, and more confidence — while protecting the intellectual property that makes these inventions valuable.

Each step is independent. Buyers can enter at any step. The process exists so you know exactly what you are getting before you commit.

The Four Stages

Stage 1: Proof of Function

This is your first glimpse of something extraordinary. Mathematical proofs that validate each project’s core claims — real evidence that the technology works. It answers the most fundamental question: Is this real? And when you see the proof, the answer speaks for itself.

Stage 2: Mathematical Deposition

Now the picture starts to come alive. The mathematical deposition provides formal reading material covering the science behind the invention — the elegant frameworks, the foundational mathematics, the principles that make the impossible achievable. You’ll understand not just that it works, but how it works at a level that your best minds can appreciate. This stage requires an executed mutual non-disclosure agreement because you’re now reading material that contains trade secrets.

Stage 3: Evaluation License

This is where the vision meets your reality. You receive comprehensive reading material for technical review — enough for your engineers, scientists, and leadership to assess whether this technology belongs in your future. It’s important to understand: this is a license to read and evaluate — not a license to produce, manufacture, or commercialize. The evaluation license exists so you can do your due diligence thoroughly and confidently. This stage also requires an executed mutual NDA.

Stage 4: Full Acquisition

If what you’ve seen matches the scale of your ambition, this is where the technology becomes yours. Complete IP transfer and ownership. Full production rights. This is where the future you’ve been studying becomes the future you’re building.

Why Staging Matters

The technologies in our portfolio aren’t incremental improvements — they’re the kind of breakthroughs that define generations. Quantum energy storage. Semiconductor materials that don’t exist anywhere else. Approaches to human disease that the medical world hasn’t seen. These aren’t decisions to rush.

Our staging process gives you the understanding you need — one step at a time — so that when you do commit, you commit with certainty.

And because evaluation license fees credit toward the full acquisition price, every dollar you invest in learning is a dollar invested in your future.
