Your subscription grants unlimited access to the CRI-ONE catalog. You get a monthly download credit pool based on your tier, which you can use toward any SKU up to your tier's SKU ceiling. The credit does not roll over to future months.
Every SKU in the catalog has a list price displayed. When you attempt a download, the system checks your available credit against the price. If you have enough credit remaining that month, the download is instant. If not, you can wait for your next billing cycle or upgrade your tier.
You can upgrade your tier anytime. Your new tier takes effect immediately, and you'll be charged a pro-rated difference. Downgrading takes effect next billing cycle.
Yes. Stripe subscriptions can be canceled with one click in your account dashboard. Check payments can be paused by emailing us. No long-term contracts or hidden fees.
