PHC master II is the top rung of PhantasmPhi CPU Phase II. The family is twenty rungs on one ladder: ten decade rungs and ten three-times in-between rungs, every one built from the same part, the QIC-105.
The bottom rung is PHC10a: one 7 nm QIC die, delivered 1.40 exa probability-OPS over its guaranteed 1 peta floor. Up the ladder, one rule: the decade or three-times figure is the guaranteed floor; the delivered figure is the credited chain on the QIC-105 part.
The top rung is the whole ladder: the full QIC-105 set, PHC10a through the full fleet, 7.06 million parts. Fleet-wide that is 7.6 ronna probability-OPS, 5,068 times the 1.5 yotta target, 178 billion logical qubits, and 11.9 gigawatts net after LED recycling.
Store product 10352: five trillion dollars for every Phase II generation under one non-exclusive IP license. "When you buy, you buy the use of that blueprint only." CRI-ONE retains the underlying IP, and more than one buyer can have it.
The far end of the ladder. One license, more than one buyer.
