Transcript
PHC11 is the first decade rung of PhantasmPhi CPU Phase II. One QIC-105 part on 7 nm: an 858 square-millimeter full-reticle die, eighteen chiplets times 1,500 CFET layers, 27,000 voxel-layers, with QBeam send and receive on the package.
Delivered: 25.1 exa probability-OPS. Guaranteed floor: 10 peta probability-OPS, and the delivered figure is 2,512 times that floor. The floor is the guarantee; the delivered figure is the credited chain on the QIC-105 part.
25,200 logical qubits on the one part. Power: 1.69 kilowatts net, 2.9 kilowatts gross, net of LED power recycling. Every chip works at normal temperature, so a person can reach in and remove it by hand.
Price: eight hundred billion dollars. Non-exclusive: more than one buyer can have it. When you buy, you buy the use of that blueprint only: source-licensed RTL plus photonic-HDL, delivered after a countersigned NDA and wire settlement. Patent pending: U.S. Application No. 19/829,894, 19/722,805 and 19/835,210.
One QIC-105 part. 10 P-OPS guaranteed; 25.1 E-OPS delivered.
