NRS-1: the hand-removable chip
NRS-1, product 99-normal-resonance: a drop-in block that holds any chip at 30.0 degrees Celsius inside the 20.0 to 40.0 band, so a person can lift it out by hand. Peltier nano-magnetic cooling, no heat sinks. Verilog block and monitor pass 12 of 12 and 31 of 31 simulation checks. $3,417,000,000.00, non-exclusive. Narration plays in your browser.

NRS-1 is a small block that drops into any chip. It holds the die at 30.0 degrees Celsius, reports its state truthfully, protects itself, and lets a person lift the chip out by hand. In Chris's words: an understanding of the nature that we need normal temperatures.
Reference: 30.0 degrees. Normal band: 20.0 to 40.0. Cooling is Peltier nano-magnetic. It holds normal, warms or cools as the loop calls for, with no heat sinks. A small thermal protector cuts power if the chip ever leaves the safe range.
To release the chip, the driver powers it down and checks the die is inside the hand-removal window — 15.0 to 40.0 degrees. Only then does it light remove-OK. A technician opens the socket and lifts the chip out. No tools, no cold gloves.
NRS-1 ships as a Verilog block and monitor — 12 of 12 and 31 of 31 simulation checks pass — a C firmware driver, a 10-register map in signed tenths of a degree, the standard, the functional-safety spec, and the data sheet. Product 99-normal-resonance: three billion four hundred seventeen million dollars. Non-exclusive. Patent pending, U.S. Application 19/829,894.
Normal temperature is implied by the silicon.
