What alchemy data is

A one-minute read-along · Christopher Gabriel Brown

Elements, compounds, the overlap with disease mechanisms, and an honest grade on the published evidence. Alchemy Data Three, the third generation of Christopher Gabriel Brown’s compound-mechanism analysis system, builds on the V2 data shown here. The grid pattern is illustrative. Computational research findings, not medical advice. Narration plays in your browser.

Alchemy data starts with every element: all 118 known chemical elements. Five of them are shown here.

Combine them, and each combination gets a score. Christopher Gabriel Brown’s Alchemy Data V2 holds 36,456 elemental combinations, alongside its transformation pathways and synthesis methods.

Next, the overlap. 300 diseases are sorted into 16 categories, and each category is mapped to relevant elements. Where a compound’s elements overlap a disease mechanism, one cell lights up.

A lit cell is a lead, not a treatment: an element combination worth investigating. The next step is a grade on the published evidence. Grade A implies large, replicated, randomized controlled trials.

Elements. Compounds. Overlap. Grade. A starting point for further research.
