Why you'd want it

The hyperscale licence: PhantasmPhi CPU use across all of an operator's regions, unlimited, at the 1.5 nm tier.

  • Who it's for: hyperscale cloud operators running datacenters in many regions.
  • The problem it solves: one licence covers every region and site you operate; 1.5 nm porting is your team's work.
  • What you get: CPU RTL, testbenches, self-test program and check script; licensed for all regions, unlimited.

PhantasmPhi PHC01 “PhantomCore” CPU IP — all regions · unlimited. RTL-proven, SKY130-mapped. See the full calculator at crione-phantasm.php.

A core should not care which continent it wakes up on. The operator who runs fleets in every region has one hard rule: whatever goes on the floor in one place has to be allowed on the floor everywhere else, or it is not worth qualifying at all. PHC10 is the 1.5 nm edition of the PhantasmPhi PHC01 "PhantomCore" CPU, and this is the hyperscale operator license: all regions, unlimited. One agreement for every region you have and every region you open next.

The design behind it is the one that runs through the whole PhantomCore family. It is written at the register-transfer level and proven there, and it has been mapped onto the open SKY130 cell library, so a buyer's own silicon team can walk through it in standard tools and confirm the result before anything is committed to a floor. This tier is not a different chip from the tiers below it; the difference is that the fence is gone. There is no datacenter to name and no region to draw on a map.

This tier is for the hyperscale operator and for the engineering buyer who signs for the global fleet. When you buy, you buy the use of that blueprint only. The PhantomCore IP remains with the inventor, Christopher Gabriel Brown of CRI-ONE; the licensee walks away with the right to build and run the core across every region it operates, with no count on datacenters and no count on the servers inside them.

Valuation

Pre-production blueprint usage right, patent pending, non-exclusive. The analog this product is closest to in the market is flagship AI/HPC CPUs — Nvidia Grace Hopper, AMD MI300A, Fujitsu A64FX, with photonic-interposer analogs in Lightmatter.

Patent landscape

Flagship CPU IP is one of the densest filing spaces in silicon; however, novel quantum/photonic interposer configurations (QIC-105 class) remain patentable and defensible.

Market opportunity

  • Data-center CPU market: $75B (2026) → $180B (2032).
  • AI training/inference silicon: $120B+ (2026), hyperscaler-dominated.

Comparable transactions

  • Nvidia → Mellanox (2019): $6.9B.
  • AMD → Xilinx (2022): $49B.
  • Intel → Habana Labs (2019): $2B for AI accelerator startup.

Estimated valuation range

Realistic clearing band for a non-exclusive blueprint usage right: $10M (research / single-buyer evaluation) → $150M (strategic non-exclusive with manufacturing / deployment rights).

Listed catalog price: $281,249,997,188 — public anchor for direct enquiry; actual clearing price negotiated inside the range above with the buyer, scope (non-exclusive, territory, field-of-use), and milestone structure.
