PHC09 @ 1.8 nm · multi-DC region license — PhantasmPhi CPU
Why you'd want it
A region licence covering several datacenters, unlimited, for operators spread across one geographic region.
- Who it's for: operators running multiple datacenters in one region who plan PhantasmPhi parts at a 1.8 nm class process.
- The problem it solves: one licence covers every site in the region, not one per datacenter; node porting is yours.
- What you get: CPU RTL, testbenches, self-test program and check script; licensed for one multi-datacenter region, unlimited.
PhantasmPhi PHC01 “PhantomCore” CPU IP — one region · unlimited. RTL-proven, SKY130-mapped. See the full calculator at crione-phantasm.php.

Imagine one core design running in building after building across a whole region, and one license that covers every one of them. To an operator a region is not one hall but a cluster of them, tied together so a workload can move between them when the grid, the weather or the demand says so. PHC09 is the 1.8 nm edition of the PhantasmPhi PHC01 "PhantomCore" CPU, and this tier licenses it for one region, unlimited. Every datacenter inside that region can carry the core, and none of them has to be counted.
The blueprint underneath is the same at every tier of the family. It is written at the register-transfer level and proven there, and it has been mapped onto the open SKY130 cell library, so a buyer's engineering team can take it apart in standard tools and see what CRI-ONE sees. The step up to this tier is a step in scope, not a change of design: the core is the core, and the fence has moved out to the regional border.
This tier is for the regional operator - the company that runs a group of datacenters as one footprint and wants one core and one agreement across all of them - and for the engineering buyer who approves what goes on the floor. When you buy, you buy the use of that blueprint only. The PhantomCore IP stays with the inventor; what you take with you is the right to build and run it in every facility inside your region, as that region keeps growing.
Valuation
Pre-production blueprint usage right, patent pending, non-exclusive. The analog this product is closest to in the market is flagship AI/HPC CPUs — Nvidia Grace Hopper, AMD MI300A, Fujitsu A64FX, with photonic-interposer analogs in Lightmatter.
Patent landscape
Flagship CPU IP is one of the densest filing spaces in silicon; however, novel quantum/photonic interposer configurations (QIC-105 class) remain patentable and defensible.
Market opportunity
- Data-center CPU market: $75B (2026) → $180B (2032).
- AI training/inference silicon: $120B+ (2026), hyperscaler-dominated.
Comparable transactions
- Nvidia → Mellanox (2019): $6.9B.
- AMD → Xilinx (2022): $49B.
- Intel → Habana Labs (2019): $2B for AI accelerator startup.
Estimated valuation range
Realistic clearing band for a non-exclusive blueprint usage right: $10M (research / single-buyer evaluation) → $150M (strategic non-exclusive with manufacturing / deployment rights).
Listed catalog price: $56,249,997,188 — public anchor for direct enquiry; actual clearing price negotiated inside the range above with the buyer, scope (non-exclusive, territory, field-of-use), and milestone structure.
