Why you'd want it

A fleet licence for one whole datacenter, with no core count cap, at the 2 nm tier.

  • Who it's for: operators who want PhantasmPhi CPUs anywhere inside a single datacenter without counting cores.
  • The problem it solves: removes per-core and per-rack limits inside one site; 2 nm porting is your team's work.
  • What you get: CPU RTL, testbenches, self-test program and check script; licensed for one datacenter, unlimited.

PhantasmPhi PHC01 “PhantomCore” CPU IP — single-DC · unlimited. RTL-proven, SKY130-mapped. See the full calculator at crione-phantasm.php.

Think of a building full of racks the way you think of a town with one power station. Everything inside the fence runs off the same source, and the question is never whether one more house can plug in, only whether the station is yours to run. That is what this license is. PHC08 is the 2 nm edition of the PhantasmPhi PHC01 "PhantomCore" CPU, and this tier gives one datacenter the right to run it without counting seats, sockets or servers. Single-DC, unlimited: fill the floor, refresh the floor, fill it again.

What you are licensing is a blueprint that already stands on its own. The core is written at the register-transfer level and proven there, and it has been mapped onto the open SKY130 cell library, the kind of library an engineering team can open in standard tools and check for itself. There is nothing between you and the design; the proof is the design.

This tier is for the operator of one facility - a colocation hall, an enterprise datacenter, a single site that wants its own core under its own roof - and for the engineering buyer who has to sign off on it. When you buy, you buy the use of that blueprint only. The inventor keeps the PhantomCore IP; you walk away with the right to build and run it inside your fence, as many times as the fence will hold. The full PhantasmPhi calculator on the site walks through the rest.

Valuation

Pre-production blueprint usage right, patent pending, non-exclusive. The analog this product is closest to in the market is flagship AI/HPC CPUs — Nvidia Grace Hopper, AMD MI300A, Fujitsu A64FX, with photonic-interposer analogs in Lightmatter.

Patent landscape

Flagship CPU IP is one of the densest filing spaces in silicon; however, novel quantum/photonic interposer configurations (QIC-105 class) remain patentable and defensible.

Market opportunity

  • Data-center CPU market: $75B (2026) → $180B (2032).
  • AI training/inference silicon: $120B+ (2026), hyperscaler-dominated.

Comparable transactions

  • Nvidia → Mellanox (2019): $6.9B.
  • AMD → Xilinx (2022): $49B.
  • Intel → Habana Labs (2019): $2B for AI accelerator startup.

Estimated valuation range

Realistic clearing band for a non-exclusive blueprint usage right: $10M (research / single-buyer evaluation) → $150M (strategic non-exclusive with manufacturing / deployment rights).

Listed catalog price: $8,437,497,188 — public anchor for direct enquiry; actual clearing price negotiated inside the range above with the buyer, scope (non-exclusive, territory, field-of-use), and milestone structure.
