PHC07 @ 3 nm · 32,768-core 32-rack row — PhantasmPhi CPU
PhantasmPhi PHC01 “PhantomCore” CPU IP — 32,768 cores · DC row. RTL-proven, SKY130-mapped. See the full calculator at crione-phantasm.php.
Imagine walking the length of a datacenter row - thirty-two racks on one aisle, every one of them running the same chip - and knowing the whole row was drawn as a single design before the first rack was placed. That is PHC07. It is the PhantasmPhi PHC01 "PhantomCore" CPU IP at row scale: 32,768 cores across a 32-rack row, laid out for the 3 nm node. The core underneath has not changed. It is still the PhantomCore logic written at the register level, simulated and proven, and mapped onto the SKY130 standard-cell library. What grows is the count and the floor it covers.
A row is the step on the PhantasmPhi calculator's PHC01 ladder written for the people who plan at that size: the operator laying out a hall who wants one design per row, the engineering buyer who needs the proven RTL in hand before a row's worth of floor is committed, and the licensee who wants the full-row blueprint rather than a blade they would have to multiply themselves. Everything below it on the ladder - the blade, the rack, the pod - is the same core counted smaller, and the calculator lets you read all of them side by side.
When you buy, you buy the use of that blueprint only - the 32,768-core, 32-rack PHC07 row and the proven logic beneath it. The PhantomCore IP stays with its inventor, Christopher Gabriel Brown of CRI-ONE, whose name remains on the work.
