PHC03 @ 14 nm · 64-core 1U server node — PhantasmPhi CPU
Why you'd want it
A PhantasmPhi CPU licence for a 64-core, one-unit rack server: the first tier sized for server products.
- Who it's for: server makers planning a 64-core 1U rack node at a 14 nm class process.
- The problem it solves: covers a single-server product line between edge devices and full racks; 14 nm porting is yours.
- What you get: CPU RTL, testbenches, self-test program and check script; licensed for 64 cores, 1 GHz, 1U rack.

A chip should earn its place in a rack the way a person earns a seat at a table: by doing the work, not by being talked about. This edition is PhantomCore at rack scale. The name says PHC03 at 14 nm, a 64-core 1U server node; the description says sixty-four PhantasmPhi cores at 1 GHz in a one-rack-unit box. It is RTL-proven, so the logic has been exercised and holds, and it is SKY130-mapped, so it has been carried onto a named open process rather than left as a drawing.
One rack unit is the thinnest slice a datacenter hands out, and sixty-four cores in that slice at a gigahertz is a part built for the hall, not the bench. It is for the datacenter operator who buys servers by the row and wants a CPU with a blueprint behind it before it goes in, for the engineering buyer specifying the next node, and for the licensee who wants a server-class core they do not have to take on trust. The figures behind it are laid out in the full calculator on the site; this is product number 10329, the rack-scale edition.
What you walk away with is the use of the blueprint for this 64-core 1U edition. The PhantomCore design stays with the inventor, CRI-ONE; the right to fill a rack with it is yours.
Valuation
Pre-production blueprint usage right, patent pending, non-exclusive. The analog this product is closest to in the market is flagship AI/HPC CPUs — Nvidia Grace Hopper, AMD MI300A, Fujitsu A64FX, with photonic-interposer analogs in Lightmatter.
Patent landscape
Flagship CPU IP is one of the densest filing spaces in silicon; however, novel quantum/photonic interposer configurations (QIC-105 class) remain patentable and defensible.
Market opportunity
- Data-center CPU market: $75B (2026) → $180B (2032).
- AI training/inference silicon: $120B+ (2026), hyperscaler-dominated.
Comparable transactions
- Nvidia → Mellanox (2019): $6.9B.
- AMD → Xilinx (2022): $49B.
- Intel → Habana Labs (2019): $2B for AI accelerator startup.
Estimated valuation range
Realistic clearing band for a non-exclusive blueprint usage right: $10M (research / single-buyer evaluation) → $150M (strategic non-exclusive with manufacturing / deployment rights).
Listed catalog price: $8,434,688 — public anchor for direct enquiry; actual clearing price negotiated inside the range above with the buyer, scope (non-exclusive, territory, field-of-use), and milestone structure.
