PHC master @ 1.5 nm · full non-exclusive IP license · RTL + tests · every node — PhantasmPhi CPU
PhantasmPhi PHC01 “PhantomCore” CPU IP — RTL master · README anchor. RTL-proven, SKY130-mapped. See the full calculator at crione-phantasm.php.
Think of the difference between being allowed to drive a car and being handed the drawings it was built from. The operator tiers let you run the PhantomCore; this one hands you the drawings. The PHC master at 1.5 nm is the full non-exclusive IP license for the PhantasmPhi PHC01 "PhantomCore" CPU: the RTL itself, the tests that go with it, and the right to carry it to every node, not only the one named on the box.
This is the RTL master, the README anchor the rest of the family points back to. The design is written at the register-transfer level and proven there, and it has been mapped onto the open SKY130 cell library, so a buyer's engineering team can open the source, run the tests and see the same proof CRI-ONE sees, in their own tools, on their own desk. Nothing is hidden behind a demo. What you read is what you get.
This tier is for the licensee who wants to build with the core rather than only deploy it: a silicon team, a foundry partner, an operator with its own chip program and the engineers to carry a design to whatever node it chooses. Non-exclusive means others may hold the same license; it does not mean a lesser one. When you buy, you buy the use of that blueprint only. The PhantomCore IP stays with the inventor, Christopher Gabriel Brown of CRI-ONE, and the buyer walks away with the full RTL, the tests, and the freedom to take it to every node.
