PhantasmPhi PHC17: one datacenter building; its halls light in turn along the chain on the roof, animated picture

47,057 parts, one datacenter on the dragonfly-of-dragonflies chain — 50.7 yotta probability-OPS, 5,068× the guaranteed 10 Z-OPS floor; 1.19B logical qubits. 79 MW net. The part is QIC-105: an 858 mm² full-reticle die in the real 40×40 mm BGA-1536 die-side package, 18-chiplet stack × 1,500 CFET layers = 27,000 voxel-layers, with QBeam SEND and RECEIVE integrated on-package (ExitPhi, USPTO App 19/722,805): Bell-measure transmit → 2 classical bits over the CoolBeam phased array → I/X/Y/Z receive correction; 4-lane chain + PipeBeam ordering + 48-channel nanophotonic transceive. QBeam carries bytes, never compute OPS. Credited chain (unchanged receipts): 0.004625 depositions/clock (iverilog-verified RTL) × 4.9 ops/deposition × 786.7 MHz measured at 7 nm / 2.75 GHz at 2 nm (#5 EM Cooling, Pat 1096-1098) × ×10 Color-ISA pin (#8) × ×3 photon/electron/atomic strands × 99.998% QEC gate (#4); power net of #1 LED Power Recycling (42%). The decade/3× figure is the guaranteed floor; the delivered figure is the credited chain on the QIC-105 part. Native unit is probability-OPS (bronze); FLOPS-equivalents are GOLD framing, labeled. QBeam rates are design targets until tape-out and are quoted as interconnect only. Settles by wire or online check.

A datacenter should be one computer, not many of them sharing a fence. PHC17 is the whole building: 47,057 QIC-105 parts on the dragonfly-of-dragonflies chain, dragonflies joined into a larger one. Each part is an 858 mm² full-reticle die in a 40 by 40 mm BGA-1536 package, eighteen chiplets of 1,500 CFET layers apiece for 27,000 voxel-layers, with QBeam send and receive on-package. QBeam is the photonic wireless chain that carries the building's traffic: a Bell measurement to transmit, two classical bits over the CoolBeam phased array, an I/X/Y/Z correction to receive, four lanes ordered by PipeBeam across 48 nanophotonic channels. It moves bytes, never the compute.

The building delivers 50.7 yotta probability-OPS, 1.19 billion logical qubits, 79 MW net after LED power recycling. That is the credited chain: iverilog-verified depositions per clock, ops per deposition, the clock measured at 7 nm and its 2 nm figure under EM cooling, the Color-ISA pin, the three photon, electron and atomic strands, the 99.998% QEC gate. The guaranteed floor is 10 Z-OPS, cleared 5,068 times over. Probability-OPS is the native unit; a FLOPS figure beside it is gold framing, labeled. QBeam rates stay design targets until tape-out.

This is the wafer-scale monolithic license, for a US datacenter operator: a non-exclusive, source-licensed RTL and photonic-HDL zip with the full 17-section LICENSE, the Licensed-IP schedule and the PHC01 SKY130 tape-out anchor evidence, delivered by email and postal mail after a countersigned NDA and wire or online-check settlement. You walk away with the use of the blueprint; the invention stays with CRI-ONE.
