Advanced Product Finder
Browse the Christopher Gabriel Brown portfolio by category, ask, or precedent-based outcome ratio. Investment-to-outcome ranges are anchored on worldwide acquisition and IPO precedents[M] in the matching category — conservative, not a guarantee. Every precedent in this document carries a footnote to a primary source.

Methodology [M]
Each project is placed in a category based on its subject matter. For each category, a hand-curated set of documented, publicly announced worldwide events is used as a reference distribution: completed M&A transactions, IPO (or de-SPAC) first-day market capitalizations, and public market caps or late-stage private valuations. Each event is footnoted to the primary announcement (company press release) and, where available, the corresponding U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing.
For a given project with ask A, the conservative outcome precedent is min(category precedents); the high outcome precedent is max(category precedents). The median outcome ratio is median(category precedents) / A:
- Ratio ≥ 1 means a buyer who paid
Awould, on worldwide precedent, see an outcome at or above what they paid. - Ratio < 1 means
Ais above what comparable deals have historically paid — a premium ask that needs a strategic buyer or unique position to clear.
Numbers are stated in US dollars and reflect the deal value or market capitalization at the time of the event. They are precedent for scale, not promises. This document is a review tool, not investment advice.
Project ask prices are drawn from Christopher Gabriel Brown's internal valuation document "Product Valuation Assessments - All Projects" (valuations.html, Sept. 21, 2026 revision)[A] and the earlier working file (_page_16_valuations-2.html, Aug. 26, 2026)[B], which contains projects 22–40. Projects priced "Negotiated", "Bundle", or "Contact for pricing" in those files are excluded from this document per the author's direction. Where the two sources disagree, the newer file supersedes except for project 28 (New Path Heights), which uses the earlier $8T valuation as directed. Projects 32 and 38 are drawn from the Aug. 2026 file.
