Project 82 is the G2 re-edit of the gen-1 suite (project 81, kept untouched as the
archive). Two pieces of software live here, both reborn on one unified G2 core:
1. Alchemy Data Processing Calculator G2 — the product to sell
Alchemy-Data-Processing-Calculator.html — companion software for the
CRI-ONE database products, with no data baked in. Buyers load their purchased
files; the app recognizes each dataset automatically and unlocks its module:
- Formula Lab — always on: molar mass, CRI reactivity, formation probability
(10⁻ⁿ), productivity score, + G2 metrics (elemental entropy bits, EN spread,
rarity index, G2 depth)
- G2 Function Library — always on: 50 live functions — the 10 CGB
Mathematical Depositions plus the open formula corpus (Mathematics, Physics &
Energy, Chemistry & Carbon, Medicine), with plots
- Instruction editor — always on: write your own formulas (safe expression
engine, no eval), test, save on-device, export/import; customs run in the
library and the Accelerator. Built-ins stay locked — that is the verification
guarantee
- AutoPhi math accelerator — always on: timed sweeps of any instruction
(built-in or custom), device benchmark, headroom vs the Landauer ceiling
- Fractal Lab — always on: deposition #106 (z ← z² + c) live, with the
deposition's own preset coordinates

AlchemyCalc.html — the whole CRI-ONE database in one file, plus everything

What's inside AlchemyCalc G2
The engine reproduces the original Python pipeline exactly — the Prospects tab
recomputes every stored Productivity_Score on load (19/19 ✓). The G2 metrics
are additive and never change the legacy score. Both products share the hardened
numeric core (NUMERIC-RANGE.md): 10⁻³⁰⁸…10³⁰⁸ display, log-space probability,
Kahan summation, Lanczos log-gamma.
SafetyGatekeeper keyword screening (Project 63) applied at build time.
Rebuilding after data changes
py build_calc.py
build_calc.py re-reads the source folders under D:\special\ and regenerates
AlchemyCalc.html from template.html (output stays in this folder — it never
writes into 81). Edit template.html to change the app; edit source CSV/JSON to
change data; rebuild. The IP-register field taxonomy is computed at build time.
Testing the shipped product

Playwright + real Chrome over file:// against _livetest\ — 31 checks:
tabs, engine, depositions, G2 corpus, editor, accelerator, fractal, all real
datasets + module unlock, persistence, Pixel 7 / iPhone 13 emulation.
Currently 31/31 PASS.
VERSION THREE — shipped
Three themed single-file editions on the G2 core, built by py build_v3.py
from the sellable G2 + v3-packs\:
Every edition keeps the complete G2 base (editor, accelerator, fractal, loader),
attributes every instruction (who and what — in-app lines + the appendices
in V3-EDITIONS.md), and carries the "Learn it right" suggestion: pair the
edition with an AI tutor such as Claude by Anthropic (claude.ai) for instructional
walkthroughs — with honest per-edition disclaimers (Medicine: educational math,
not medical advice; Energy: verify against codes; Carbon: averages, not
reporting-grade factors).
Formulas and laws of nature are unpatentable — the corpus can grow without limit;
what is protected is the CRI-ONE curation, presentation, and code.

VERSION FOUR — AlchemyCalc Omnia
AlchemyCalc-Omnia.html (V4·OMNI, built by py build_v4.py): all three V3
editions in one — Medicine + Energy + Carbon packs on the G2 core — **plus the
Omnia pack** (Earth & Sky, Information & Computing, Finance & Everyday) and the
V4 library search (find any of the 207 live functions by name, formula,
or inventor). Every function attributed; combined tri-edition disclaimer; the
"Learn it right" Claude-tutor suggestion carried forward. **Store package shipped
at $25,000** — store-v3\omnia\ (SKU CRIONE-ALCHEMY-V4-OMNI-101): page, images,

Omnia holds plus chance itself — the 20-instruction Fortuna pack (binomial,
Poisson, birthday, coupon collector, gambler's ruin, Kelly, Turing/Good decibans,
random walk, Monty Hall, Benford, Drake…), the injected Fortuna tab with the
Monte Carlo Lab (run ANY instruction — built-in or custom — with uncertain
inputs: fixed/uniform/normal/triangular per argument, seeded trials, mean +
5th/95th percentiles + histogram; same seed = same fortune, exactly) and the
distribution sampler. v3-packs\pack-fortuna.html. 227 live functions,

Everything in this part is inside every product above. The editions and Omnia add
their packs (Part III) on top of it, unchanged.
Formula Lab — the chemistry engine, ported bit-for-bit from the original Project 63
framework (engine parity is re-proven 19/19 on every flagship build): molar mass over the
full periodic table, CRI reactivity over the 21-element framework table, elemental
composition, formation probability held in exact log form (10⁻ⁿ — it cannot underflow),
and the CRI-ONE productivity score. G2 adds four additive metrics that never change
the legacy score: elemental entropy in bits (Shannon entropy of the element counts —
CGB Deposition 2 made an instrument), electronegativity spread (Pauling), a
crustal-abundance rarity index, and the composite G2 depth score.
G2 Function Library — every function is live: pick it, set its arguments, press
Compute; plots draw where a curve tells the story. Each function carries a origin
line: who created it, when, and its legal status. Category chips filter the picker;
in Omnia a search box finds any instruction by name, formula, or inventor.
Instruction Editor — write your own formulas in plain notation (0.5mv^2);
variables are detected automatically; test, save on-device, export/import as JSON.
Custom instructions run in the library and sweep in the accelerator, and they belong
to the user. Built-ins stay locked — that is the verification guarantee. The engine is
a safe recursive-descent parser: no eval, ever.
AutoPhi Math Accelerator — the original AutoPhi intelligence, as software: the
corpus is its instruction set. Sweep any instruction (built-in or custom) across up to
2,000,000 points, timed, with a live chart; run the device benchmark (log-gamma, Kahan
summation, entropy, full statistics, the chemistry engine); see the headroom between
this device and the Landauer thermal ceiling of CGB Deposition 8.
Fractal Lab — IP-register deposition #106 (z ← z² + c) running unbounded:
click-to-zoom Mandelbrot and Julia rendering with smooth coloring, preset chips carrying
the deposition's own coordinates, magnification and render-time readouts.
Proof (V3 editions and Omnia) — the calculator verifies itself: one press runs
dozens of known-value checks — deposition-stated figures, textbook constants, published
worked examples — computed live on the user's device with PASS/FAIL shown per check.
Checks whose instruction belongs to another edition are counted honestly as skipped.
Professor (V3 editions and Omnia) — one press composes a complete lesson request

accrument totals), MetalloDrugDB explorer (300 compounds, tap-through to the Formula
Lab), Compound Rankings (custom blend re-ranking), BOM calculator (live cost totals),

The same core with the entire CRI-ONE database embedded: 1,755-deposition IP
register with the 14-field G2 taxonomy and patent index, 280 ranked compounds, 19
prospects with live 19/19 parity verification, the 11-table landscaping database, five

What gen-1 got right (kept, not re-fought)

exactly (19/19 prospects ✓). G2 never changes the legacy engine or its score.
- Hardened numerics (NUMERIC-RANGE.md): 10⁻³⁰⁸…10³⁰⁸ display, log-space probability,
Kahan summation, loop-based extent, Lanczos log-gamma, log-sum-exp.
- Two-product split: personal all-in-one (data embedded) + sellable companion
(no data, module unlock). Both survive into G2.
- Single portable offline file per product, phone-ready.
The G2 moves
1. One core, both products
Gen-1's hardened numeric core + CGB Function Library lived only in the sellable
product; the flagship still had the old formatter and no math library. G2 unifies:
both products carry the full MATHLIB, scientific-notation formatting, and statistics.
2. The G2 Formula Corpus — "more diverse"
Mathematical formulas and laws of nature are unpatentable subject matter — free for
anyone to implement. What is ours is the curation, presentation, and code.
G2 ships ~50 live, computable functions in one grouped library:
- CGB Mathematical Depositions (10) — the Project 27 set, verified values intact.
- Mathematics — quadratic roots, combinatorics at log-gamma scale, Bayes,
normal distribution, logistic growth, compound growth, Shannon channel capacity,
prime-count estimate.
- Physics & Energy — E=mc², kinetic/momentum, Ohm/power solver, Coulomb,
Carnot, battery C-rate & runtime, solar PV yield, wind power (Betz), photon
energy, Faraday electrolysis.
- Chemistry & Carbon — ideal gas, dilution, pH/pOH, Henderson–Hasselbalch,
Arrhenius, Gibbs, Nernst, Beer–Lambert, **combustion stoichiometry with CO₂ per kg
fuel**, radioactive decay & carbon-14 dating, percent yield.
- Medicine — BMI, body surface area (Mosteller), Cockcroft–Gault creatinine
clearance, drug half-life & steady state, loading/maintenance dose, clearance,
mg/kg ↔ molar dose (uses the engine's molar mass), IV drip rate, ideal body
weight, Fick cardiac output. Generic clinical math only — no drug names
(SafetyGatekeeper stays in force).
This corpus is the version-3 proof: each domain can expand into its own themed
edition (AlchemyCalc Medicine / Energy / Carbon) of 100–200 formulas without
bloating a single-file product (~1 KB per live formula).
3. Deeper engine — G2 metrics (additive, parity untouched)
Formula Lab gains a second row of G2 metrics computed alongside the legacy score:
- Elemental entropy (bits) — Shannon entropy of the element distribution;
the compound's diversity, straight from CGB Deposition 2 (Entropic Bridge).
- Electronegativity spread — max−min Pauling EN; polarity hint.
- Rarity index — log-scale crustal-abundance rarity of the constituent elements.
- G2 depth score — entropy + rarity + reactivity composite, labeled G2,
never replacing the legacy productivity score.
4. Fractal Lab — "unfathomable"
Deposition #106 in the master register deposits the fractal math string zoom formula
(Mandelbrot z = z² + c, Julia sets, with worked coordinates); #110 deposits fractal
noise for infinite extending paths. G2 renders them live: an interactive
Mandelbrot/Julia canvas explorer with click-to-zoom, magnification readout, and
preset chips carrying the deposition's own coordinates. The register entry becomes
a running instrument.
4b. AutoPhi returns — as the math accelerator only
Per Chris's direction: no AutoPhi Modern platform data (no chip lineups, servers,
valuations — project 02 stays untouched). What G2 includes is the original AutoPhi
intelligence: a software math accelerator. The G2 function corpus is its
instruction set; an Accelerator tab executes any instruction across large ranges at
device speed (timed sweeps, ops/sec), runs device benchmarks, and reports headroom
against the Landauer ceiling (CGB Deposition 8). Mutual inclusion, math only.
5. Charts
Canvas micro-charts (offline, no libraries): function plots in the library
(dimensional-fold curve, Grover P(k), Basel convergence, decay curves…) and
histograms in column statistics. Single-series, thin marks, hover readout,
one axis, labels in ink tokens — gold for lines, violet for bars.
6. IP Register v2
Build-time field taxonomy over all 1,755 depositions (semiconductors, energy,
computing, AI, telecom, optics, chemistry, medical, transport, environment, media,
law, consumer) → field chips, per-field counts, patent-number index. The register
file itself is source-of-record and is never rewritten.
7. G2 identity
Deeper near-black indigo ground with a subtle CSS nebula, two-accent system
(brand gold #e9b950 + arcane violet #9b7bff), glass borders, glow tiles,
refined nav. Same Segoe UI stack (offline-safe). Brand: ⚗ CRI-ONE AlchemyCalc G2.
8. Pipeline fixes
build_calc.pyoutput was still aimed at81-alchemy-calc— now resolves to its
own folder (82). The register is read from 82's copy.
- Field taxonomy computed at build time; payload gains
generation: "G2".

Question asked: **what can it calculate, and does it hold up at very high and
very small magnitudes? Answer at the time of audit: no — it did not.**
Everything below has since been fixed and re-verified.
What was measured
Every numeric path in the product was driven to its extremes: the formula
parser, the productivity score, the display formatter, the CSV number reader,
the ranking normalizer, and the aggregation code.

What was missing entirely
Before this audit the app contained no general mathematical functions —
no log, ln, sqrt, gamma, zeta, mean, median, standard deviation, regression,
entropy or factorial. It could do chemistry arithmetic and nothing else.
Added: the CGB Function Library (Project 27)
All ten CGB Mathematical Depositions now ship as live, computable functions,
each verified against the value stated in its own deposition:
One discrepancy — RESOLVED 2026-08-13
Deposition 10 (Zero-Point Fabrication). The formula as deposited,
P = −ħcπ²/(240·d⁴), is the standard Casimir result and is implemented
exactly. But the deposition's worked example states *"At d = 3 nm … Casimir
pressure is approximately 1.3 atmospheres."*
Computed from the deposited formula:
1.3 atm corresponds to d = 10 nm, not 3 nm. The formula was right; the
worked example had the wrong separation.
The long-form deposition was already correct. deposition_pdfs/build_depo6.py
Table 4.1 lists the pressure at nine separations, and every row agrees with the
calculator: 1 nm → 12,800 atm (computed 12,831), 5 nm → 20.7 atm (computed 20.5),
10 nm → 1.28 atm (computed 1.283). Its constant ħcπ²/240 = 1.30e-27 N·m²
matches to four figures. Only the one-paragraph summary carried the error.
Fixed 2026-08-13 in all three source locations — deposition_files/,
deposition_files_scoped/, and the create_backup.py generator. The corrected
text anchors 1.3 atm at 10 nm and carries the AQCHS 1.5 nm node through at its
correct value (~158 atm at 3 nm spacing), which preserves the gate-collapse
point the deposition was making — and strengthens it.
create_backup.py had its output_path hardcoded to
C:\special\27-mathmatical-depositions\... while the project lives on D:\.
Fixed to resolve relative to the script's own directory, and the ODT backup
CGB-Mathematical-Depositions-Complete-Backup.odt was regenerated on
2026-08-13 — verified to carry the corrected sentence and all 10 depositions.
The superseded file is kept as
CGB-Mathematical-Depositions-Complete-Backup.pre-casimir-fix.odt.
Still carrying the old sentence, not regenerated: the canonical
CGB_Mathematical_Depositions_Complete_2026.pdf (and its (2) copy),
CGB_Mathematical_Depositions_Complete_Backup.odt, and
CGB_Mathematical_Depositions_Backup.odf. No generator script was found for
these — they appear to be hand-produced, so correcting them is a manual edit.
*(Minor, no action needed: deposition 8 states 2.85e-21 J; the exact value of
k_B·300·ln2 is 2.871e-21 J. Rounding in the prose only.)*
