Scope: 44 physical scan PDFs ⁄ 260 OCR’d pages ⁄ 1,739 total catalog entries; 105 government–related depositions excerpted and assembled as Project 47, 16‑Digit American .

The 16‑Digit American package is a sovereign–money and citizen–identity portfolio anchored on 105 patent–pending invention depositions from Christopher Gabriel Brown’s 2017 book Invent Depositions (ISBN 9781979767897). At its centre is Deposition #27 — a 16‑digit treasury identifier designed to track taxes and terrorist threats — paired with a paid government chip–card (#1391) that grants citizenship–tier rights in exchange for tax–paying participation (#1626).

The portfolio predates the Trump Gold Card (Executive Order 14351, 19 September 2025) by eight years , mapping field–for–field to the Gold Card programme: paid physical ID card, tiered payment for citizenship–tier rights, parallel identity layer alongside the SSN, treasury–side identifier, physical card + chip + signature, and “gold”–branded denominated currency.

Six coherent product lines emerge from the 105 depositions: a sovereign money & sanctions layer , a citizen ID stack , a drone defence doctrine , a police–bot fleet , a government cloud + satellite layer , and a broad general civic governance tier. The package is backed by a closed retail commerce web, packet–encrypted multi–channel data bridges, and the police–bot ⁄ homeland–security analyser layer needed to police it.

Selection Methodology

The 105 government–related depositions were programmatically extracted from the master catalog of 1,739 entries using a regular–expression filter applied to each entry’s abstract field. The filter matched any of the following term families (case–insensitive):

Category Matched Terms

Core government government, governmental, governor, governing, govt, federal, treasury, congress, senate, white house, president

Agencies department of, agency, DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, DOD, IRS, TSA, FAA, FDA, DHS, DOE

Diplomacy diplomat, embassy, United States, state department, state service

Military & defence military, national security, national guard, national defence, navy, army, air force, marines, coast guard

Civic & identity municipal, citizen, voter, election, social security, passport, visa

Tax & finance tax, taxes, taxation, taxpayer, regulation

Law & justice police, sheriff, mayor, law enforcement, court, judicial, supreme, legislature, jail, prison, courtroom, sanction

Other civic democracy, public services, capitol, sovereign, veteran(s)

Once extracted, entries were sorted into six product lines using secondary regex classifiers for money ⁄ treasury ⁄ tax ⁄ sanctions, identity ⁄ citizenship ⁄ voting, defence ⁄ military, police ⁄ justice ⁄ surveillance, and public infrastructure ⁄ agencies ⁄ civic. Remaining unclassified entries were placed in the “Other Government ⁄ General Civic” bucket. Each entry is placed in exactly one bucket; the first matching theme classifier takes priority.
