Every WonderPhi permanent-software licence. Every one of the one thousand integrated-circuit foundry-handoff designs. Every one of the one thousand seven hundred and fifty-five mathematical formulas that get stamped into the chips. All of it, delivered together, on one term sheet, on one closing date, on one delivery schedule.

The ask is five trillion United States dollars. The structured floor — the lowest number the seller will consider for a milestone-based or joint-venture structure — is one trillion United States dollars. Anything in between is a conversation. Every closing is bespoke.

The structured floor — the minimum number the seller will consider for a milestone-based, joint-venture, or revenue-share closing — is one trillion United States dollars — $1,000,000,000,000.

Anything between one trillion and five trillion is a conversation about structure, timeline, and milestones. The seller expects offers below five trillion to compensate through structure — equity, milestone payments, revenue share, or joint venture — rather than through simple discount.

For reference, the individual project valuations on the store add up to substantially more than five trillion. The five-trillion ask is a one-transaction discount — the reward for taking the entire portfolio in a single instrument rather than negotiating eighty-four separate deals. The one-trillion floor reflects the minimum the seller will accept as the guaranteed floor of a structured deal whose upside is milestone-based.

Every project in the portfolio depends on other projects in the portfolio. The chip-design tools consume the chip designs. The nine WonderPhi software products all run on the same WonderPhi chip. Buying pieces means chasing dependencies. Every piece purchased separately would surface a chain of “you also need this to make it work” that the buyer would have to license one deal at a time. Buying All In One means every dependency is already inside. There is nothing to license separately, nothing to purchase to complete a chain, nothing to negotiate a second time.
