WonderPhi Server is a batch recipe library for virtual-machine and server administration. It reads a plain-text list of targets — VM names, hostnames, IP addresses, distro names, ISO paths — and emits a ready-to-run WonderPhi Compute plan file (.plan.wpc.txt). It does not execute anything itself: it writes the plan, and the companion product WonderPhi Compute runs it in parallel across every available CPU core.
The library is a single Python script (wps-recipe.py, 210 lines, 9,721 bytes) with zero external dependencies — standard library only. No network calls. No telemetry. No forced updates. It runs on Windows and targets anything reachable by SSH, WinRM, Hyper-V API, WSL, SFTP, or built-in tools such as ping, curl, and certutil.

Input model: lines — one target per line. Blank lines and # comments are ignored. What “target” means depends on the recipe: a VM name for Hyper-V, a hostname for SSH, a distro name for WSL, a host:port pair for port checks, a file path for ISO verification.

Every generated plan starts with the magic header # WPC v1 (the frozen plan format defined by WonderPhi Compute’s Commandment V: “Honour thy father and thy mother — plan.wpc.txt v1 format is frozen forever”). The plan includes metadata comments for recipe name, description, tag value, and task count, followed by one executable command per line.

Plans generated by WonderPhi Server are executed by WonderPhi Compute (sold separately), which is governed by an immutable set of 10 Commandments — a constitutional framework hardcoded into the runtime binary. Any binary that fails the constitutional checksum at startup refuses to run.

Constitutional checksum: XOR of Commandments I–X = 0x0B. Runtime signature: 0x57504321 (“WPC!” in ASCII). Master key: 0x50484921 (“PHI!” in ASCII).
